Cheesy Peri Peri Masala Corn Toast Recipe

Cheesy Peri Peri Masala Corn Toast combines the ZESTY AND CHEESY FLAVOURS OF HerbsHI Peri cheese seasoning with the richness of cheese and the sweetness of corn. Here’s a simple recipe to make this delicious snack or appetiser:

Ingredients:


●4 slices of bread of your choice

●1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

●1 cup shredded cheese of your choice

●1 tbsp finely chopped onions

●1 tbsp finely chopped bell peppers

●2 tbsp HerbsHi Peri cheese seasoning

●1 tbsp HerbsHi Cheese and Paprika seasoning

●Salt (to taste)

●Black pepper (to taste)


1.Mix corn kernels with HerbsHi Peri cheese seasoning, and add onions and bell peppers . Season with salt and black pepper.

2.Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or preheat your grill/toaster oven.

3.Butter one side of each bread slice.

4.Place bread slices butter-side down on a baking sheet or grill. Spread corn mixture on the unbuttered side and top with shredded cheese.

5.Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown or Grill for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.

6.At last sprinkle a generous amount of HerbsHi Peri Cheese seasoning and

HerbsHi Cheese and Paprika seasoning for a spicy burst of flavours. Bon Appetit!
